UGA Auxiliary Services is centralizing all customer service functions for its units at the One Stop Shop at Tate Plaza to provide a more streamlined customer service experience in a central campus location for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The location’s proximity to the Tate bus stop also makes it easy for customers to access via UGA Campus Transit.
The Auxiliary Services One Stop Shop, which opened in 2018, is designed to house a centralized staff able to assist with matters related to the UGA Bookstore, Dining Services, Golf Course, Transportation and Parking Services, and Vending Services.
Beginning December 16, 2019, customer service representatives currently located in the Transportation and Parking Services office at Joe Frank Harris will join this centralized team. This move allows customers to visit one location for help on a variety of services as opposed to visiting multiple offices located in individual buildings across campus.
Transportation and Parking Services offered at the One Stop Shop include:
- Parking permit registration
- Parking account management
- Bus route information
- Lost and found items from the UGA buses
