Vendor/Contractor Permits
A valid UGA parking permit is required to park on campus. Contractors working on the UGA campus and vendors that maintain goods and services on campus are eligible to purchase a Vendor/Contractor Permit.
A Vendor/Contractor Permit allows access to all lots on campus. The current cost is $720 per permit for 12 months.
Vendor/Contractor Permits must be purchased in-person at the TPS Customer Relations Office.
Permits may be returned for a prorated monthly refund at the TPS Customer Relations Office. If a card is used to purchase the permit, the same card must be presented during the return in order to receive a refund.
*Contractors and vendors are responsible to inform workers of campus parking requirements.
**Contractors are encouraged to contact Parking Services regarding parking and permits prior to submitting bids on projects.

Affiliate Parking
Customers who are not employed or paid by the University, but work on campus are considered University Affiliates.
- University Affiliates may purchase a parking permit by submitting the Affiliate Registration form and completing online registration (a UGA ID number is required to obtain a parking permit).
- Affiliate permits must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Permits may be returned for a prorated monthly refund at TPS Customer Relations in Tate Plaza.
Note: Any lost or stolen permit will be replaced at full cost of the permit value.
